North Carolina likely to repeal 'bathroom bill'

North Carolina is set to repeal its controversial so-called "bathroom bill." Governor-elect Roy Cooper said lawmakers decided to call a special session to discuss House Bill 2 after the city of Charlotte reversed its nondiscrimination ordinance Monday.
